Spec Communications, LLC
Tony Sadowski started Spec Communications, LLC in 2021, offering his 20+ years of media production, graphic design, voice over, and marketing strategy experience to freelance clients.
He started in broadcast as a “promo guy,” writing, editing and producing TV and radio promos for FOX43 in central Pennsylvania and WHYY, Philadelphia’s PBS & NPR member station. Over time, Tony’s role expanded to include creative direction, brand messaging, marketing strategy, social media engagement, long-form video feature production, and hosting/voice over. The variety of subject matter is incredible in promotions, and he was fortunate to enjoy the freedom to explore innovative approaches and push boundaries along the way.
As Vice President of Creative at Slice Communications, Tony oversaw brand strategy and business intelligence for a wide variety of clients, developed of sales proposals, led client onboarding, managed the design and copywriting teams, and helped to shape the overall vision for a dynamic digital marketing agency with a simple goal – getting the right kind of attention for clients to achieve their goals.
He became Executive Director for Camp Cranium in 2024, helping to lead a nonprofit dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind experiences for children with brain injuries. Tony has long been an active volunteer in his community, and is currently serving as a Centennial School District School Board Director, Vice President of Craven Hall Historic Site, Secretary of the Warminster Township Library Board, and a member of the Warminster Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.
An avid podcaster since 2011, Tony is host and producer of Starting Artists, a life and career change series featuring interviews with creative people who have had interesting work journeys, plus insights into escaping toxicity, moving forward with your goals, and getting to a happier place. You can also hear him riffing on pop culture as co-host and producer of You Like the Worst Stuff.
